How do I exchange a product if it doesn't fit?

Don't worry! We know that sometimes sizes don't fit as we want.

✨ To make an exchange, follow these steps:

1. Check the conditions:
   • The product must be unused, with its original tags and in perfect condition.
   • You have up to 30 days from when you received your order to process the exchange.
2. Complete the exchange form:
   Enter here and select the option “I want to make an exchange”.
3. Choose the new product or size:
   Indicate which item you want as a replacement. If it is not available, you can choose another product of the same value or higher (paying the difference).
4. Send the product:
   We will send you the label by email so you can dispatch the package at the indicated post office.
5. Receive your new product:
   Once it arrives at our warehouse and is checked, we will send your new product within 3 to 7 working days.
